Greetings from LAAFP!
It has been an honor serving as your President this year. I’ve enjoyed meeting many of you at our member events, and sharing our FM Stories in collaboration with our state chapter’s 70th anniversary celebration. Most recently, I especially enjoyed our brunch for residents and recent grads, highlighting all the benefits of AAFP membership. A huge thank you to all of the people who contributed to planning this event, and especially to all of those who came. We had a great time connecting with each other, and hearing about the value each of us has found in being members of AAFP.
As we close out this year, I hope you can join us for our final member appreciation event of the 2018. We’ll reflect on the joys of our role as family docs, and we’ll share some news about things to come in 2019. Hope to see you there!
